Hemant Lall - President
Hemant Lall is President of the FuelCASHBack™ division of SCA Promotions. Hemant has 26 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining SCA, Hemant served as an adviser to Mr. Mort Meyerson, CEO, Perot Systems and he also headed up the energy division of Perot Systems in North America. In that capacity, Hemant was responsible for the sales and operations of large consulting and outsourcing contracts valued at over $100 million. Hemant had as his client many multi-national, integrated oil and gas companies, and engineering & construction companies that built petro-chemical complexes. Hemant was also heavily involved in the restructuring of gas and electricity industries in both the U.S. and the U.K.
Hemant has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and a PhD-ABD in Operations Research from SMU, Dallas, Texas. Hemant also has refereed publications in respected trade journals.
Thomas A. Floerchinger - Chief Operating Officer
Thomas Floerchinger is Chief Operating Officer of SCA Promotions, Inc. In addition, Tom has principal responsibility for managing SCA’s international initiatives. Tom also serves as an adviser to the FuelCASHBack division and oversees its day-to-day operations.
Tom joined SCA in September 1997. Prior to joining SCA, he was Senior Vice President of L. Luria and Son, Inc. a NYSE listed company where he was instrumental in selling the company to a consortium of South American investors. Prior to that, Tom served as CFO for Harman International Industries a NYSE manufacturer of audio products under the JBL, Infinity, and Harman Kardon brands.
Tom graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in physics and mathematics. He also earned a Master in Business Administration degree from Saint Louis University specializing in finance.
Karl Woolfenden - Vice President, Sales
Karl Woolfenden is Vice-President of Sales of the FuelCASHBack division of SCA. Karl has been in the Sales Promotion industry for over 15 years and has been actively involved in developing consumer promotions that drive financial results for our clients.
Karl has worked closely with gas retailers both in the U.S. and the U.K., and has extensive experience within the automotive industry. Karl is leveraging this experience to develop products and services, and loyalty platforms, which will revolutionize sales promotions in the energy sector.
Karl graduated from Oldham Tech in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with majors in Advertising and Communications.
